The floating bookstore is back!

MV Doulos will be docking at Manila on March 6, 2009. The ship is currently in Bacolod. I have not seen or been to the ship so going there for the first time sounds exciting. The website has a virtual tour and scheduled visits in the Philippines.

pareho tayo t.zarah, nakailang balik na ang MV Doulos dito, pero di ko talaga napupuntahan. I will not miss it this time :)

nakapunta na ako sa doulos. thought it was their last trip na nga last year. btw, we have a missionary friend na kasam du'n, si ate lanie. and know what? makakapag-overnight kami dun this March 28-29! Ano kayang feeling? hehe. Nakapagpa-reserve na kaming mag-anak. Ang feeling ng ship para kang nasa unang panahon dahil luma talaga siya, even older than Titanic. Pag nakatuntong ka don, you're privileged to be a part of its history - other than being the largest sea-based bookstore, it is also the oldest still navigable ship, according to Guinness. :-)
